Evidence

Belief starts the work. Measurement earns the trust.

NanoACi is grounded in established component technologies and a new way of bringing them together. This page separates what is already published from what the complete technique still needs to prove.

What is known

The components have a scientific and clinical record.

Autologous cartilage micrografts have prospective observational data in knee osteoarthritis. ChondroFiller has published technical and clinical use across cartilage lesions. Vivostat PRF has a documented autologous fibrin and growth-factor delivery profile.

What remains open

The exact combined NanoACi protocol needs its own outcomes.

There is not yet a peer-reviewed NanoACi-specific consecutive series. The 100-case programme exists to measure benefit, safety, durability, patient selection and failure—not to assume them.

NanoACi 100

From first case to lasting contribution.

  1. 01
    Define

Freeze the technique, indications, outcomes and follow-up plan before analysis.

  2. 02
    Record

Capture 100 consecutive cases, including complications, revisions and non-responders.

  3. 03
    Analyse

Use transparent methods and, where practical, independent statistical review.

  4. 04
    Present

Submit the work to appropriate cartilage, orthopaedic and regenerative-medicine meetings.

  5. 05
    Publish

Move from technique paper to outcomes series, then comparative and multicentre work.
